This high-performance RTFO has been redesigned to deliver enhanced stability, accuracy and reliability for studying the ageing behaviour of both traditional and innovative bituminous binders.
Constructed with a robust stainless-steel frame and internal chamber, the unit features a wide inspection door for easy monitoring during testing.

The entire system is fully managed via a digital touch-screen panel, enabling precise control of testing temperature, carriage rotation, and ventilation.
During operation, the display shows real-time values for internal temperature, airflow, and carriage speed (15 rpm ± 0.2).

The RTFO is supplied complete with:

• Digital flow meter
• Precision digital thermostat (maintains 163°C)
• ASTM 13C control thermometer
• Ventilation device
• Eight Ø 64×140 mm glass containers

A dual safety thermostat is integrated to prevent overheating and ensure safe operation.
