Load is measured with a 30 kN precision proving ring equipped with a stem brake that holds the maximum reading, supplied with a calibration certificate. Safety features include an automatic stop device at maximum capacity to prevent overload damage and limit switches to stop the platen at max and min excursions. The unit comes complete with the proving ring, stability mould flow meter, and dial gauge for full testing compliance.
