The Matest PAVEMIX 32-litre Asphalt Laboratory Mixer is an automatic mixer designed for homogeneous bituminous sample preparation with precise temperature control. Its detachable helical mixing blades and stainless-steel insulated bowl with electric heater ensure uniform coating of aggregates and prevent mechanical degradation during mixing.

The mixer is ideal for producing representative samples for gyratory compaction, Marshall stability, wheel tracking, slab compaction, beam fatigue, stiffness tests, and general asphalt testing, fully compliant with EN 12697 series standards.

An electromechanical tilting system allows easy unloading with up to 130° rotation. The double-wall AISI 316 stainless steel bowl maintains constant temperature via a probe sensor, providing reproducible results in a short mixing time.
