The SMARTRACKER Hamburg Wheel Tracker by Matest is the most versatile device for testing rutting and moisture sensitivity of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). Capable of performing EN, BS, and AASHTO tests, it allows both dry (air) and wet (underwater) testing. Users can run two wheels simultaneously under different conditions, or both under wet/dry, in a single test.

Equipped with Cyber Plus Progress, the system controls wheel movement to generate a perfect sinusoidal wave. Measurement points for rut depth, creep slope, stripping inflexion, and stripping slope are fully customizable for standards compliance and advanced research. Developed by Matest R&D engineers in collaboration with international asphalt experts, the SMARTRACKER™ ensures precise, reproducible results.
